Mercier Marine, with you for more than half a century

A great story of growth and recognition

It was in 1966 that Roland Mercier opened Mercier Marine, right at his residence. He led the business until 1978. That year, his son Yvon and his son-in-law Mario Faucher became the owners and operated the business at the same location for another ten years.

In 1988, Mercier Marine moved into its current, spacious, and newly built facilities.

Yvon Mercier and Mario Faucher worked together there for 15 years, until Yvon’s retirement in 2003. That is when Daniel Carrier, an employee for five years, became Mario’s partner.

On January 31, 2014, after 35 years of service at Mercier Marine, Mario took a well-deserved retirement and handed over the reins of the company to Daniel.

Mercier Marine has been honored several times by BRP as Dealer of the Year and, in 2013, it was recognized by its chamber of commerce as being « a symbol of success and perseverance, as it was then in its 47th year of operation ».
